Bdck Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdck platform and all its services. By creating an account on bdck, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Bdck is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all bdck services, promotions, bonuses, and games.

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

Bdck currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes, though KYC verification or security reviews may extend this to 24–48 hours.

• No transaction fees on deposits.
• Withdrawals are generally free of charge, though bank transfers may be subject to the bank's own fees.
• Deposits and withdrawals are not permitted on accounts with no active betting history.
• Bdck reserves the right to block transactions if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Balances are displayed in BDT and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi currency.

Bdck offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus carries its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read before claiming.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after the required wagering is completed. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount — full details are available on each bonus page.

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be removed once it expires.
• Certain games or betting markets may be excluded from bonus wagering.

All sports bets, casino games, and other markets on bdck are governed by their own rules. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled. If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, bdck reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets.

Bdck is not liable for bets that fail to register due to loss of internet connection or server issues during live betting. bdck reserves the right to close live markets after a match has begun.

• The minimum bet is ৳20, and the maximum bet varies depending on the market and odds.
• Single bets, multiple bets, and system bets each have their own separate rules.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority is final.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is independently audited by a third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdck platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to someone else.
• Bonus arbitrage, matched betting, or any abuse of promotions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Bdck reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. If your account is closed, you may contact support to request an explanation.

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC document verification or submission of false information.
• Detection of a security threat or suspicious transaction.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded. This does not apply in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms.
